With over 20 years of experience, we've seen the headaches and hiccups of not having the right financial management. Our services are designed to allow business owners to focus on doing what they love without worrying about the financial details.

Our Team

Elcorese Brown is President of Charis Business Solutions, LLC, a remote accounting firm offering services in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax, and Consultative services to small and medium privately held companies.

Elcorese has also partnered with the SCSBDC to teach the Fundamentals of QuickBooks Online at The Citadel.

Elcorese has had over 20 years of experience in many facets of Accounting and finance, to include 10 years of banking, mortgage and lending. She’s worked for 1 national bank and 1 local credit union.

Elcorese is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a graduate of Strayer University where she has earned a double Masters degree in Accounting and Project Management.

Elcorese is a native to the lowcountry, a grandmother, and she enjoys traveling, reading, clean comedic stand ups, and the arts.
